Scope of Works:

The project consisted of a complete refurbishment of a mansion black property.
 
The employers’ intention was to have the property fully refurbished providing:-

New fixture and fittings throughout
New electrical installation including audio, television and telephone cabling
New hot and cold services including waste runs and boiler fitting
New wall cladding, sound proofing to walls and ceiling
Wet room tanking
Structural alterations including steel fitting and temporary propping
Plastering and decorations
New bathroom fittings
New kitchen fittings
Carpentry including doors, windows and cupboards
